Walk around the ship

Going down with the ship.
It's got a bad sound to it. Or is that sad sound?

You have a chance or opportunity to jump ship.
However, you stay.
Why?
Are you crazy? Yes.
Are you stupid? Probably.
Do you care for the people you work with and the passion you have for the job? You bet.
Nothing can take that way from you, if you truly believe in what you do.
Not even people who haven't a cue of what to do.
It's not that we are afraid to go elsewhere.
No.
We feel it necessary to see things through to the end.
Maybe that is what is missing from the people in the offices at the top of the building.
They are in the clouds or a fog.
They just don't get it.
Maybe it would help if they walked around the ship.
A different view might help them avoid hitting the iceberg and their world-class ship sinking.
