Business is business but ...

In this day and age of downsizing, the more you go through, the more they become routine.

Notso when your spouse is one of the co-workers recently let go, along with four other employees you worked closely with.

Shocked, stunned, disheartened and numbness have overtaken me.

The Bible says this to shall pass.

Taking the high road on this one means driving up to a level of the highest mountain on this planet and double it.

Business is business I was told by a wise and wonderful person years ago.

It sure is, but ...

When you don't realize the amount of work this person does and the other business office people have no clue about, it might not be such a good termination.

Then again, maybe the person with all the marbles in this game doesn't get it.

Being isolated from the employees means you are not in touch with them.

It's too bad.

The small amount of employees left are loyal and hardworking. They need a paycheck but they want to be there for the community they work, live and play in.

We will get through this.

There is a new adventure starting.
