The good crowd

A 23-year-old man was sentenced to three years in prison on May 31 for his role in a bank robbery in 2017.
He scoped out the interior of a bank that his cousin went in and robbed.
They didn't get very far before being arrested.

Before being sentenced by the judge, the young man spoke. He apologized and said it was a "stupid thing" to do.
He had no prior record.
A prosecutor asked the judge to sentence the man to four years. He mentioned that while things didn't go awry, it could have been a different outcome.
The judge allowed the man's parents to speak.
The father talked about how the son he raised was told to work hard and indeed was hard worker.
The man's mother said they accept the judge's sentence. She tells her son to stay strong. To walk with the Lord.
The judge said the man's parents gave him excellent advice.
A presentence report found the man ran at times with the good crowd but also a bad crowd.
He found out the difference in one day.
I hope the young man makes it.
He has a great support group.
That's a good crowd to hang with
