Gut punch

I remembered what a punch in the gut felt like yesterday.

I was told something by a friend.

The workforce at their place of employment has dwindled.

Remember them

If you have a free second tonight or tomorrow ... remember those in need .. fighting for their lives, searching for strength, faith, a new job, an answer, a moment with someone they care very much for, a roof over their heads, nourishment, breaking away from a danger habit, reconnecting with family and friends, trying to make sense of this silly world ...

It's not so simple ... but every second adds up ...
