Illinois is known as the Land of Lincoln.
In the past two weeks, it has also become the land of wayward legislators with Democrats from Wisconsin and Indiana heading for Illinois to keep their Republican counterparts from passing legislation.
Maybe Wisconsin and Indiana governors could put a bounty reward on these lawmakers.
Illinois is in a financial mess. This money could help pay down the debt.
