Looking in the rear view mirror on the drive home, I spied the driver in the SUV behind me had the cell phone in her left hand and the right on the steering wheel.
She was having trouble doing both.
Her mind was not fully on driving. And my mind was concerned about her not having her mind on driving. That means I was giving less attention to the traffic around me.
I was so thankful a half-mile later I turned on to another street.
She could take some other driver's mind off the road.
